Delays & Transit Issues

While most orders arrive on time, delays may occasionally occur.

If your order is delayed:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information

  • All orders are fully tracked and protected. If anything goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact us within 3 days of the delivery status

We will assist you in resolving the issue, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Customs & Duties (Canada)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.


Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed lost in transit:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund after verification
